A Porter brewed in Middelburg by Kees, using a recipe from 1750. Very spicy, very complex, but at the same time very enjoyable and elegant. One of my favorite porters ever.
I pour this Stroom beer for people who claim they don't like beer. Works every time. Slightly and elegantly sour, a LOT of raspberry. Not sweet. Delish
If beers were cars. This would be the Jaguar convertible of session IPA's. Spot on, well balanced, lots of flavour, low alcohol. Well done Full Circle.
Double dry hopped double India pale ale from Germany. FrauGruber managed to brew an amazing easy accessible smooth IPA for both IPA lovers and newbies.
A spicy (with coriander) tripel made by Oedipus in Amsterdam. My favorite tripel. Easy to drink, fresh, not sweet, not too malty and a bit spicy. What's not to like?
Pohjala (EST). Cellar Series aged porter. Barrel Aged in cognac barrels. This is intense, delicious and warms you in the midst of the night like a warm blanket.
Insight Cellars. This is a Danish Lambic beer in which wine was made (yes they fermented French syrah grapes inside the Lambic). 3 years of aging on Syrah casks. It doesn't get any better than this.
Elmeleven. Pastry sours are something I love heaps. These are the best ones. Sourness, creamyness, vanilla, cacao... yes it sounds eclectic, but it's sooooo good.
